The kitchen features an access to the private garden, where you step over a small stream and up the steps to access your garden area with picnic table. A charming and peaceful place to stay.

Nestled within the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains & only 25 mins drive from the coast. Situated in a beautiful Welsh valley with 8 acres of smallholding to explore & enjoy, including games barn, streams, woodlands, extensive gardens & chickens. The perfect location for holiday makers who enjoy walking, cycling or beach-days & want to be surrounded by nature.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage sleeps 5 plus a baby in 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - 1x King Size Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Double Bed, 1 x Single Bed.

Family Bathroom 1: bath with shower/bath mixer tap, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail

Open plan Dining & Living room: 3-seater sofa, 2 x single seats, dining table with 3- person bench and 2 chairs, 32” Freeview TV with access to streaming services, garden views

Kitchen: newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Access to private garden area.

Family Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail.

This cottage can be connected with the Hud-y-Machlud cottage for larger groups (up to 6). Please inquire or book Hud-y-Machlud separately.

OUTSIDE

Private garden area with 6-seater picnic table. Extensive shared gardens and access to 8 acres of smallholding, including streams, woodlands and livestock field. Small pond in courtyard so please ensure young children are supervised. Driveway parking for 2 cars.

BBQ available. Fire place with seating area for 6 to enjoy.
